Return and Refund Policy – Canada Only
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in the same condition as the time of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Contact us at tom@dreamingtom.com to begin the return process. If your return is approved, we will contact you.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
PLEASE NOTE – ALL MANUFACTURERS REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR ANY DAMANGE, OTHERWISE ALL CLAIMS ARE DENIED. YOU MUST HAVE PICTURES OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE KEEP ORIGINAL PACKAGING IF YOU HAVE ANY DAMAGE.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items, gift cards, extended warranties, mattress covers and all parts and accessories.
Exchanges
If you want to return an item please contact tom@dreamingtom.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to via e-transfer within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank provider may take additional time to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at tom@dreamingtom.com.
