Use the Release Meditation Technique to get to sleep faster. A few simple steps helps to quiet our minds and drift off into blissful slumber.

Fall Asleep Faster

I want to share a story about the ‘Release Meditation Technique’ and what it has done for my sleep quality, and more importantly, helping me fall asleep FASTER with less brain clutter at night.

You see, all of my life my number one sleep struggle has been falling asleep, I just can’t shut my brain off, not matter what I tried.  Does this sound familiar? Has this happened to you?

Release Meditation Technique

Silencing A Busy Mind

I have too many thoughts constantly running through my brain and it is very difficult to fall asleep in good time. I’ve had some night where it can take hours or more.

Let’s get started!

The most important part is to make this exercise the VERY LAST thing you do before bed.  Ideally, you want to do it from the comfort of your bed, after all, the whole point is to fall asleep using this helpful trick.  To be safe, don’t try it while sitting down.

The rest is extremely simple and I think that is the biggest draw to the massive success it can bring to a restful sleep.

How To Use The Release Meditation Technique

All you have to do is repeat the word “Release” over and over again, at a constant steady pace in your head.

This helps distract you from other thoughts and gives you a baseline to come back to when random thoughts pop in, which will definitely happen.

But the more you practice it, the less the thoughts will pop up, and the faster you will fall asleep. Don’t give up!

Sometimes it may only take only a few times, other times if you are really revved up or stressed out, it can take up to 15 minutes or more.

But one thing is FOR SURE, it will ALWAYS help clear your mind, and MOST IMPORTANTLY- FALL ASLEEP FASTER AND EASIER.

Helping you get a better sleep

Give it a try tonight and every night for 7 days in a row. Please email me if you find success or have any questions!
